How do I return or exchange my order?
Need to return or exchange your order? No problem, we got you. Shoot us an email at: support@mcewangolf.com and we will send you a shipping label to exchange or return your purchase. All returns or exchanges permitted within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. We offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges in the USA.
International Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and will typically arrive between 5-7 Business days via USPS (Expedited options available at checkout). A confirmation email and shipping updates will be automatically emailed post purchase. Free Shipping for orders over $75.

Collaborations/ Custom & Group Orders
Golf trip or event coming up? Want to partner up on a concept for your business? We'd love to help. Email us at support@mcewangolf.com. Couple things we've learned from this process:
- Have a concept or idea (we can help here, but we're not magicians). If you don't have a logo ready to go we can introduce you to some awesome artists.
- Timeline is the most important part of the process. We prefer at least 2 months head start to meet deadlines. The more time we have, the more options we have.
- Pricing depends on the complexity of the project. We're reasonable people who love getting involved with custom projects. Just keep in mind that execution (fabrics, styles, design) comes into play... the sky's the limit, but we need time to figure out how to make your vision come to life.
- Minimums vary. Talk to us, we'll let you know if you're project is doable. 24 or more is ideal, but we'll do our best to make it work.
- Types of products? Hats, polos, golf accessories...let us know what you're looking for and we'll review our offerings with you. We partner with awesome brands in and out of the golf industry...we'll find items for you.
- Pro Shops, College/ High School Golf teams...we want to work with you. Reach out, we'll get you dialed in.

How do I track my order?
We send out a confirmation email when an order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return or exchange please email our team at support@mcewangolf.com with your order number and reason for return/ exchange. We'll provide a return slip from there. Once the return item is received, we will issue the return to the payment method used for the purchase.
