Frequently Asked Questions

Domestic (US) Shipping

We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once a shipping label is created, you will automatically receive email updates regarding the tracking of your package. We pay for all domestic shipping, which typically takes 3-6 days. Due to the global pandemic, we cannot guarantee shipping will follow this timeline perfectly.  

 

International Shipping

All international orders are automatically calculated at checkout. Real time rates are provided taking into account size of order and shipping location in order to give you the best options. Please note that this does not include any duties and taxes that may come after delivery. That is the customers responsibility.

First and foremast, we take pride in the quality of every item offered on our online store. We've personally curated collections from top brands in and outside of the golf industry. Additionally, customer service is always top of mind. We want you to be 100% happy with your experience, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away at support@mcewangolf.com

Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges (US ONLY)

If you are looking to make an exchange or get store credit, we will cover the shipping to return your order. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and only if the item(s) are unworn and unaltered in any way.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@mcewangolf.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange once it comes in and to get your exchanged items or store credit back to you. 

For Returns for a Money Refund

If you are not pleased with your order, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. From there, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. All orders are final after 30 days. Once we receive your return, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours.

For International Returns/Exchanges

International customers are responsible for any shipping involved for any returns or exchanges. Please email support@mcwangolf.com to initiate a return or exchange. All items should be shipped to:

To exchange an order, we recommend returning your original item and then placing a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.

Alternatively, you may wait until after your refund is processed (i.e., when your return product is received by our warehouse) to place an exchange order.

The following applies to all coupon codes unless unique terms are expressly communicated when the code is issued to the intended user.

- All coupon codes are one use per customer and will expire one year from the date of issue.

- One coupon code maybe used per transaction and customers may not combine multiple codes for a single transaction.

- We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if in our opinion the coupon code was unauthorized, ineligible, obtained illegally or altered in any way.

- Coupon codes that we issue may only be used for online purchases on the mcewangolf.com website

- Coupon codes are not valid on any orders that include sale items

All orders placed on mcewangolf.com are subject to sales tax based on the tax law governing the address where the product is being shipped. The tax amount due will display in the shopping cart and during checkout.

In order to be as efficient as possible, we ask that you give us at least a 2 month buffer for projects, especially if they require patches. Direct embroidery has a much faster turnaround time- however, the more time we have to see your vision through, the better. Based on the project, we'll walk you through, timeline, recommended products, pricing, etc.
