Order processing time:
While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, there is a processing time on all our shipments that may delay your order. This includes orders placed with expedited shipping. We process and ship orders within 3-6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
COVID 19 Update:
Due to the global pandemic, we've seen delays with our shipping partners UPS/USPS. Due to under staffing, some local post offices are taking longer to scan items for delivery. In order to expedite our fulfillment process, we are pausing on usual Print On Demand model in favor of bundles ready to be shipped. This will allow for items to be shipped within 2-3 Business Days. Despite this, we still anticipate a 7-10 business day shipping delay based on what we've seen in the last few months.
Note: Customers who do not see tracking on their item updating can opt to receive delivery updates from USPS. This will automatically flag items, typically forcing updates within 24 hours. We are proactively doing this will all orders, but its a great way to make sure items aren't left unscanned at local post offices impacted by the Pandemic.
Limited Edition On-Demand Items & Collaborations
We're always seeking to find and collaborate with the best products and companies we come across with. Depending on the item, we've developed print on demand relationships. For example, we work with Jones Sports to offer our embroidered designs on select items. Since this takes time and we inspect each item before shipping, we ask that you expect a 1-2 week turn around to print, approve and ship these specific items. We'll certainly work to get them to you as soon as we can, but that 2 week window is a safe bet. As always, please reach out if you have any followup questions- more than happy to connect and give you updates on such orders.
Once fulfilled, please allow an additional 3-6 business days for shipping. We offer live shipping rates ranging from Standard, Express and Overnight Shipping to ensure the fastest carrier is selected. You will be notified immediately if there are any anticipated delays.
U.S. Domestic orders:
Orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days after shipment. ***Please refer to our update on shipping due to COVID 19.
Please reach our to us for international orders. We want to ensure pricing and timeline are on point.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received.
Additionally, we have an “Order Status” section located on our footer. Simply search your order by email address. A listing of all orders will then promptly be emailed to you.

Purchases made on the McEwan Golf ecommerce site (www.mcewangolf.com) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a return.
After 30 days all sales will be final, and merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange. You have the option of receiving a refund in the same form as the original payment or exchanging your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified by McEwan Golf customer support.
All items marked as on sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
To exchange an order, we recommend returning your original item and then placing a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.
Alternatively, you may wait until after your refund is processed (i.e., when your return product is received by our warehouse) to place an exchange order.
Coupon Code Policy
The following applies to all coupon codes unless unique terms are expressly communicated when the code is issued to the intended user.
- All coupon codes are one use per customer and will expire one year from the date of issue.
- One coupon code maybe used per transaction and customers may not combine multiple codes for a single transaction.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if in our opinion the coupon code was unauthorized, ineligible, obtained illegally or altered in any way.
- Coupon codes that we issue may only be used for online purchases on the mcewangolf.com website
- Coupon codes are not valid on any orders that include sale items
All orders placed on mcewangolf.com are subject to sales tax based on the tax law governing the address where the product is being shipped. The tax amount due will display in the shopping cart and during checkout.

In order to be as efficient as possible, we ask that you give us at least a 2 month buffer for projects, especially if they require patches. Direct embroidery has a much faster turnaround time- however, the more time we have to see your vision through, the better. Based on the project, we'll walk you through, timeline, recommended products, pricing, etc.
